SPECIFICATIONS: (As per one set) :

1. Simulation Environment

  (1)The Work-over Console is developed from JHX5400 stereotype. The appearance, arrangement, control and display are the same with real work-over console.

  (2)Parameters displayed are:  artificial bottom, tube-shoe position, kelly-in, hook height, footage, drilling time, drilling pipe speed, bottom pressure, formation pressure, pump strokes, drilling pressure, rotary table torque, rotary table speed, work-over fluid increase and loss, entrance density, exit density, entrance volume, exit volume. 

  (3)BOP Control Console and Choke Control Console are consistent with field equipments. 

  (4)Standpipe Manifold and Choke Manifold are made to CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) well control standard.

2. Operation and Sense

  Shape and feel of the brake is the same as brake in true rig. Weight indicator displays and simulates all functions of true weight indicator. It indicates various hanging weight and sticking in drilling and tripping. Clutch operation is vivid: the operation of engaging and disengaging clutch is the same as that of a real work-over machine.

3. Graphics Presentation

  Animation is used to simulate field environment, which makes trainee feel in real field. Controllable animation displays kinds of operations, downhole scene, field scene, equipment movement. Thus complex techniques, theory and operation of equipment become obvious. 

4. Sound and Sound & Light Alarm

  It has sound system. The Sound is in correspondence with operation, animation and equipment status. The Sound & Light Alarm is in correspondence  with operation, animation and equipment status.

5. Testing and Measurement

  The system provides function of testing and scoring, which provides objective and fair measurement according to operation essentials and faults.

6. System Safety and Reliability

  The system has self-check function and is capable of conducting self-check for all front-end equipments and components. It checks the operation procedure and parameter setting and gives out tips to help check and restore. he system adopts industry level components and circuits system, and no special requirement for environment. The average working hour without failure is above 5,000 hours.

7. Software 

  The software is easy to learn and use, interface friendly, and convenient to operate on. Software development meets with software engineering specification. The system has high error tolerance.
